Healthy fat loss habits 🌸

Everyone desires for a healthy and amazing body. Today I'm going to tell you some easy daily habits to loose weight.
Do them daily with your regular exercises and then you'll get the visible results
🌸 If you want to loose weight do it for yourself, because you want to do it. As there are many people out there who love your curves and that lovely heart you have. ❤️
So, let's get started!
1.). Have Hot lemon water every day this will help your belly to facilitate the fat burning, Kick start your metabolism and its good for your skin also.
2.) Going out for work? Have some detox water 🌹 Fill a bottle with water, add some sliced cucumbers, lemon juice (you can even add sliced lemon), little bit of ginger and some ice cubes. Shake your bottle and you're done. Drink it throughout the day,or the first thing in the morning your choice. You can go to your work after drinking this detox water. 
3.)Love eating rice and potatoes? Sorry but you've to cut these two things from your diet to loose weight. Instead start eating brown rice and applying potato slices on your face they can help you eliminating those dark spots.
4.) Want some dessert? Go for some dark chocolates! Benefits - No fat, Gives you instant energy (energy booster), and helps relieving your headache.
5.)Turmeric milk, Helps removing toxins from your body, better digestion and gives you flawless skin.
6.)Smoothies - So this is the smoothie I've been drinking every day! And it's delicious.
Add spinach, banana, papaya, beetroot. Some chia seeds or flax seeds. You can even add some dry fruits in it.
Add milk or water it's your choice,you can even add some coconut water in it. Have it with your breakfast Or with your avocado toast. Never skip your breakfast and Mail/Dm me if you want to know how to make an avocado toast.
7.)Eat slowly and trick your brain by eating your food in smaller plates you'll feel fuller soon, and never eat your food while watching a TV show or using your phone instead be present with your food.
8.) It's all about posture, always sit straight, if you have a habit of slouching your back then try to move your shoulders slightly back in a chest out position.
9.) Isometric ab exercises or tightening the stomach muscles can help you tone them. Stand up straight and try to suck your stomach inside. This will activate your core muscles and helps you to maintain a great posture. I'm not suggesting that you walk around all day sucking in your tummy. Do it at regular intervals throughout the day while seated or standing. Try to do 3 sets of 10×10 second holds. Practice contracting your abs while breathing.
10.)Have more citrus like oranges, lemon, Grapefruit.
