๐ธ Find a quite place and make yourself comfortable.
๐ธ Close your eyes and center in - Take a couple of breaths and let it all go, and tune into the present moment.
๐ธ Bring your attention to your heart center - Notice the energy there is it dark or heavy? Light and free. Just notice it without judgement.
๐ธ Breathe in and out, keeping your awareness at your heart space. Feel the energy and Breathe it in like a fine mist.
๐ธ Continue absorbing this energy for 5-10 minutes. You can even set a timer!
For better results use Rose Quartz. It's an amazing and soothing crystal for your heart Chakra.
