🌸 Find a quite place and make yourself comfortable.
🌸 Close your eyes and center in - Take a couple of breaths and let it all go, and tune into the present moment.
🌸 Bring your attention to your heart center - Notice the energy there is it dark or heavy? Light and free. Just notice it without judgement.
🌸 Breathe in and out, keeping your awareness at your heart space. Feel the energy and Breathe it in like a fine mist.
🌸 Continue absorbing this energy for 5-10 minutes. You can even set a timer!
For better results use Rose Quartz. It's an amazing and soothing crystal for your heart Chakra.
